Your credit score is more important than most think. It’s not just for borrowing money. Here are some resources for keeping your credit score in tact when in debt.


Help comes in many forms when you’re in debt. The number one thing that helped me get debt free was seeing where all my money was going and how much debt I actually owed. It wasn’t until I saw it all in one place that I realized how bad off I really was (over $75,000). I found a free tool, called Personal Capital, that allowed me to get a hold of my finances and really start paying off my debt.
